Vintage Japanese Folding Fan Sensu Maisen
This is a traditional Japanese fan called Sensu. You can use this when it's hot or as decoration. It is sometimes used in traditional Japanese dance. It is mostly silver and decorated with pink cherry blossom (sakura) petals, green and blue lines, and with a traditional triangular uroku (snake/dragon/fish scale) pattern. It has a natural bamboo frame. This type of fan is called maisen and is traditionally used during Noh theater and traditional dance performances.
